Hi All!
I've been thinking for a while of trying my hand at a RtB fic, but I wanted to do one I haven't seen before. Would anyone be interested in a Pride and Prejudice reading the book story?

Euhm Yeah! I would read that! It sounds really cool and I've never actually seen something like that before!

Great! I have started writing, but it's harder than it sounds! Some of the characters are quite difficult to write, and I'm about this far from wanting to punch Lydia in the face. Repeatedly. When I have a couple of chapters done I will see about getting a board here. Good to know I have a possible reader! Thanks!

I have heard of it, it's brilliant! It would certainly be much easier to write, but I really did want to do the original... maybe I'll skip chapters that won't have much dialogue, or condense them into a "Meanwhile in Meryton" or something... Perhaps you could consider doing a reading P&P&Z a challenge?

Considering that I can't even remember reading the original book from my college days, I think I'll give it a pass. I haven't read P&P&Z either, I just remembered it when you said you were having trouble doing the original.

I have just posted the prologue... It's my first attempt at a story of length, so please take the time to have a look and let me know what you think...

Well, if anyone were to not have trouble reposting, you shouldn't. P&P is long since out of copyright. Just still not at fanfiction.net, because these types of stories break their rules, regardless of copyright.
